XV Meet the Market will have record attendance this year

The expectations of the organizers of the XV International Meet the Market – South America have become a reality. With more than 500 participants already confirmed, an exhibition area with 30 stands, and companies from various countries around the world in attendance, the event is expected to surpass last year’s attendance record, celebrating the coming of age of Lubes em Foco magazine, now in its 18th year.

The event, which will be held on July 1 and 2 at the Windsor Barra Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, will feature 20 national and international speakers addressing topics related to the lubricants industry in the areas of technology, sustainability, market, and legislation, with technical presentations and panel discussions.

The traditional opening lecture on the Brazilian Economic Outlook will once again be given by Jonathas Goulart, Chief Economist of the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FIRJAN), and is eagerly awaited, given the many internal and external developments in this sector.

Pedro Nelson Belmiro, technical coordinator of the event, points out that the discussion panels on base oils and sustainability are composed of leading experts and provide a very up-to-date overview of the topics. In addition, the presence of experts in the field of technology will be fundamental for the enrichment and development of the South American market.

The director of Editora Onze, the event’s producer, Gustavo Zamboni, advises that registration is now closing and that the website for the XV International Meet the Market, at https://portallubes.com.br/2025-encontro-home-en/ also offers participants the opportunity to expand their network of contacts through the Networking tab, and that the complete agenda for the meeting is available to everyone.

“To secure the last few spots, you can use the ‘registration’ tab on the website, but it is not advisable to leave it to the last minute, as we are already reaching capacity and will likely close registration early this year,” says Zamboni.
