Paulo Matos takes on a new challenge within the ANP

Paulo Matos – After 20 years of direct involvement in the lubricants market, Paulo Roberto Rodrigues de Matos is starting a new cycle at ANP. From now on, he will be working in the Technology and Environment Superintendence, remaining at the Agency but pursuing new professional paths. We wish Paulo continued success, as he has enjoyed throughout his career so far.

Paulo Matos, who joined ANP in 2006, completed his doctorate in Physical Chemistry at the University of Brasília and has been a great contributor and supporter of the evolution of the Brazilian lubricants market over these two decades of work, both in terms of the quality of its products and the technical improvement of its processes, always seeking to meet the demands of Brazilian society and consumers.

As he himself says: “I take with me the conviction that we have built a solid and respectful partnership between the regulatory body and market players.”

Paulo bids farewell to his colleagues in the lubricants market, not with a definitive goodbye or a total departure, but with the gratitude and respect that continue to nourish a bond solidly built over more than 20 years. And he addresses his colleagues in the market in a kind and affectionate manner.
