quantiQ is now Caldic – January 16, 2023 marked the official launch of Caldic Latin America through the complete rebranding of the former companies GTM Holdings and quantiQ to the Caldic brand. The rebranding represents the successful transformation of the companies one year after the closing of the transaction that initiated the merger between Caldic and GTM in February 2022. The merger decision was an integral part of the acquisition of Caldic by the private equity investor, Advent International.

Over the past year, teams across the organization have committed to ensuring the smooth integration of the businesses into one organization, helping Caldic reinforce its solid presence in Latin America.

According to the company, under the Caldic brand, the Latin America team expands its reach and further leverages its portfolio and value-added services from other regions where Caldic is present. Unique ingredients, specialty chemicals and solutions, as well as application expertise and manufacturing resources are more widely accessible to our principals and customers, which will open up multiple opportunities to develop custom solutions for food and nutrition formulations, (bio)pharmaceuticals, personal care and industrial markets.

The expertise to provide tailored solutions for the life science market is further enhanced through the acquisitions made last year of Active Pharmaceutica and Bring Solutions in Brazil, focusing on products, services and solutions for the pharmaceutical and food markets , respectively.
