Oil and grease event – The 4th Meet the Industrial Oils and Greases Market Internacional Conference, which will be held on October 29 and 30 at the Milenium Convention Center in São Paulo, has a very interesting agenda full of new features. From an economic view of the Brazilian Industry to technological aspects in product development, as well as a debate on the market and the challenge of sustainability, the event will bring together high-level national and international speakers.
The focus of October 29 will be on industrial oils
I.C.I.S will contribute with an economic view of the Brazilian Industry, with important aspects so that managers and companies can make the best decisions in their companies.
Sustainability will be considered by both the Re-refining Industry and manufacturers of bio-based products and special additives.
High I.V. basic technology, emulsifiers, biocide additives and hydraulic oils will be complemented by a lecture on metalworking fluids, while an analysis of the truth or myth about varnish will present the results of a study on the subject.
October 30th will be about greases
A panel on the grease market, presenting issues such as market figures, the update of lithium in Brazil and the challenges for producers in relation to Standard 17505, will be guided by experts in a frank and open conversation with the audience.
With the creation of its international subcommittee in 2023, the N.L.G.I. has given special focus to providing services and benefits to Latin America and will make a special presentation at the event, through Daiane Spadari, a Brazilian member of the subcommittee.
Grease compatibility is a very important topic for producers and users and will have a specialized technical approach on the subject.
Innovation in hydrated grease is a topic that will be presented by Rob Dura, senior manager of Lubrizol International, with simultaneous translation.
Lectures on the topic of raw materials and materials, as well as the user’s perspective, are still in the confirmation phase.
