The Largest Lubricants Event in 2024

14th Meet the Market International Conference, the Biggest Lubricants Event in 2024 – The 14th edition of the largest lubricant event in Latin America, to be held on July 2 and 3 in Rio de Janeiro, will have a new venue, larger and prepared to accommodate a larger number of people. The management of Editora Onze, the event’s promoter, reached an agreement with the Windsor network to use the Hotel Windsor Barra in Barra da Tijuca, with the capacity to double the number of stands in the exhibition area and significantly increase the number of event participants.

According to the directors of Editora Onze, also the producer of the Lubes em Foco magazine, the change of venue was necessary to better accommodate participants and meet the growing interest of foreign companies interested in the Brazilian and South American lubricant market.

“Last year, we noticed that the Hotel Windsor Florida was already at its capacity limit to serve us, especially in the exhibition area. Thus, maintaining our good relationship with the Windsor network, we had the option to move to Barra da Tijuca and offer greater comfort to participants and also to the large number of companies interested in the exhibition area,” commented Gustavo Zamboni, Director of Editora Onze.

In the contracted halls of the Windsor Barra, the 14th Meet the Market International Conference – South America will have the capacity to receive around 450 people, with high expectations of a significant international presence.

On the other hand, the exhibition area will have the capacity for approximately 18 stands, which, according to the event management, are almost 90% sold.

Pedro Nelson Belmiro, the technical coordinator of the event, informs that this year’s agenda will have a different focus on the market, with round tables bringing important themes and names of the sector for discussions and specialized information, with great benefit for business decision-making.

“We are finalizing the elaboration of an agenda that will address the fundamental issues related to the segment of basic oils and market relations and legislative aspects of the universe of finished lubricating oils. All this, not to mention, obviously, the important technological developments and perspectives for lubricants in South America and the World,” Belmiro informed.

Registrations for the 14th Meet the Market International Conference – South America will open in early March on the website Portallubes.com.br.
