Jonathas Goulart Costa é atualmente o Economista Chefe da FIRJAN. Especialista em modelos macroeconômicos e políticas públicas, com mais de 13 anos de experiência. Mestre em Economia pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, com especialização em modelagem econômica na US Naval Academy. Foi professor de Macro e Microeconomia da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ.

is currently the Chief Economist at the Industry Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro - FIRJAN. Specialist in macroeconomic models and public policies, with over 13 years of experience. Master in Economics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, with a specialization in economic modeling at the US Naval Academy. He was Professor of Macro and Microeconomics at State University of Rio de Janeiro.

Pedro Nelson Belmiro é o editor da revista Lubes em Foco e Conselheiro da Comissão de Lubrificantes do IBP. Engenheiro Químico, com MBA em Gestão na Indústria do Petróleo e Gás. Já completou 51 anos de experiência na Indústria de Lubrificantes, tendo passado por grandes empresas como ExxonMobil, Chevron Oronite e Afton Chemical, além da experiência como empresário no ramo de manutenção industrial. Co-autor do livro Lubrificantes e Lubrificação Industrial e Consultor Técnico com treinamento e experiência internacional.

is the Editor of Lubes em Foco magazine and Senior Advisor of the Lubricants Committee of the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Institute (IBP). Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Petroleum Industry Management, he is a technical consultant, celebrating his Golden Jubilee (50 years) in the Lubricants. With international experience of working for major companies as ExxonMobil, Chevron Oronite and Afton Chemical. Co-author of the book “Lubrificantes e Lubrificação Industrial”.

Sua carreira dinâmica permitiu atuar em diferentes áreas como Gestão de Projetos, Engenharia, Operações, Estratégia, Vendas, Marketing, Fusões & Aquisições e Gestão Empresarial.

is the CEO of Iconic Lubricants. He holds a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering and an MBA in International Business. With more than 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Health sectors, he has worked for large companies such as Air Liquide, Messer Griesheim and ABB. Harry Henderson é presidente da K&E Petroleum Consulting, LLC e sua ampla experiência em óleos básicos abrange os Grupos I, II, III e IV (PAO) e rerrefinados, bem como sua aplicação em lubrificantes acabados. Ele obteve seu doutorado em Química pela Universidade de Windsor em 1977, após o qual trabalhou por quase 20 anos na Imperial Oil, Exxon , Petro-Canada e Syntroleum em atividades de Pesquisa, Marketing, Logística e Serviços Técnicos, tanto no mercado nacional quanto internacional. Há mais de 4 décadas, ele atua em organizações técnicas como autor, palestrante, educador, organizador, presidente de conferências e participante.

is the President of K&E Petroleum Consulting, LLC and his broad range of base oil expertise includes Group I, II, III, IV (PAO) and re-refined and their application with finished lubricants. He received a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Windsor in 1977, after which he spent nearly 20 years with Imperial Oil, Exxon, Petro-Canada, and Syntroleum in Research, Marketing, Logistics and Technical Services activities both domestically and internationally and has been involved with technical organizations over 4 decades as an author, speaker, educator, organizer, conference chairman and participant.

Ana Mandelli responde pela Gerencia de Distribuição de Combustíveis no Instituto Brasileiro de Petroleo, Gas e Biocombustíveis - IBP. Formada em Engenharia Química e experiência de mais de 25 anos na área de combustíveis, atuou em grandes empresas como Ipiranga e Shell, nas áreas comercial, logística e operações de combustíveis e lubrificantes. Por mais de 15 anos trabalhou com combustíveis de aviação desde a produção à entrega do produto nos aeroportos. Hoje na busca por melhorias ao setor, fortalecendo-o e propondo mudanças para aumentar a atratividade a investidores.

is responsible for Fuel Distribution Management at the Brazilian Petroleum Institute – IBP. She is graduated in Chemical Engineering with more than 25 years of experience in the fuel sector, woriking for big companies such as Ipiranga and Shell, in the commercial, logistics and fuel and lubricant operations areas. For more than 15 years she worked with aviation fuels from production to delivery of the product to airports. Today we are looking for improvements to the sector, strengthening it and proposing changes to increase its attractiveness to potential investors.

Tem coberto os temas sobre os mercados de commodities por mais de 5 anos na I.C.I.S., incluindo óleos básicos, olefinas e Polímeros. Também trabalhou com temas como a produção de Shale Gas nos Estados Unidos por dois anos. Tem atuado como palestrante em conferências internacionais sobre a dinâmica do mercado de óleos básicos nos Estados Unidos e seu impacto nas exportações.

is the Deputy Managing Editor Americas for I.C.I.S. She has been covering commodity markets topics for over 5 years for I.C.I.S., including base oils, olefins and polymers. She also worked on topics such as Shale Gas production in the United States for two years. She has been acting as a speaker at international conferences on key market dynamics of the US and its impact on export pricing.

Marcelo Guimarães é Engenherio Quimico e Psicólogo, formado pela UERJ com especialização na FVG em Petróleo e Gas e Negócios Internacionais na Ohio University. Atuou em empresas como Atlantic, Ipiranga, Chevron, Nalco e Lubrizol em cargos de Gestão Comercial, Tecnica e Sales Enablement. Atualmente Gerente Executivo da Recém-criada Unidade de Negócios de Base Oil na ICONIC. Professor de Ensino Superior em cadeiras de Engenharia de Petróleo, Química, Gestão Comercial e Ambiental.

is a Chemical Engineer and Psychologist, graduated from UERJ with specialization at FVG in Oil and Gas and International Business at Ohio University. He has worked at companies such as Atlantic, Ipiranga, Chevron, Nalco and Lubrizol in Commercial Management, Technical and Sales Enablement positions. Currently Executive Manager of the newly created Base Oil Business Unit at ICONIC. Professor of Higher Education in Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Commercial and Environmental Management.


Ulysses Donadel

Ulysses Donadel é formado em Engenharia de Produção pela UFRJ, com Pós Graduação em Gestão de Negócios pela Fundação Instituto de Administração – USP e Mestrado em Energia pelo Programa de Interunidades de Pós Graduação em Energia da USP. Possui 22 anos de Petrobras, com experiência na gestão em área comercial de mais 18 anos. Assumiu a Gerência de Produtos Especiais da Petrobras em março de 2023.

holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ, a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Instituto de Administração – USP and a Master’s Degree in Energy from Programa de Inter-Units for Postgraduate Studies in Energy – USP. He has been with Petrobras for 22 years, with more than 18 years of management experience in the commercial area. He took over Petrobras' Special Products Management in March 2023.

Thiago Luiz Trecenti Diretor Presidente da Lwart Soluções Ambientais é Engenheiro Mecânico pela Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI) com pós-graduação em Finanças e Controladoria pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ). Assumiu o cargo na Lwart em 2009, depois de ter atuado como gerente geral em 2008, coordenador de novos projetos em 2007 e engenheiro pleno da fábrica em 2004. Entre 2005 e 2006, o executivo ganhou experiência internacional atuando em companhias nos Estados Unidos e no Canadá.

CEO of Lwart Soluções Ambientais is a Mechanical Engineer from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering (FEI) with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ). He took the position at Lwart in 2009, after having served as General Manager in 2008, Coordinator of new projects in 2007 and Engineer of the plant in 2004. Between 2005 and 2006, the executive gained international experience working in companies in the United States and In Canada.

Com mais de 15 anos de experiência no segmento de lubrificantes, combustíveis e aditivos, já trabalhou em diversas empresas multinacionais, como Petronas, Lubrizol e Total, como Química e Gerente de Projetos. Possui mestrado em Química na Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Organique et Minérale e Mestrado em Energia, Produtos de Petróleo e Motores a combustão na L'école de l'innovation énergétique et de la mobilité durable, ambos na França.

is Technical Director of Lubricants & Energy at IMCD Group N.V., based in Turin, Italy. With over 15 years of experience in the lubricants, fuels and additives segment, she has worked for several multinational companies, such as Petronas, Lubrizol and Total, as a Chemist and Project Manager. Ao longo de sua trajetória, desempenhou funções técnicas e estratégicas, incluindo suporte técnico a clientes LATAM na Infineum, executivo de vendas para Performance Chemicals na Univar e especialista de produtos na Iconic.

is a Technical Manager for Latin America at Richful. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. He has over 20 years of experience in the additives and lubricants sector, working for leading national and international companies. Throughout his career, he has held technical and strategic roles, including technical support for LATAM customers at Infineum, sales executive for Performance Chemicals at Univar and product specialist at Iconic.

Especialista em lubrificantes, combustíveis e combustão de motores, ele tem doutorado em Combustão e Energia pela University of Leeds, Reino Unido, Ele é autor do livro Spirit of Engineering e publicou sua pesquisa científica em várias revistas de prestígio. Ele reside em Houston, Texas e possui várias patentes nos EUA.

is currently the Customer and Application Development Advisor at ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company, USA. An expert in lubricants, fuels, and engine combustion, he holds a PhD in Bio-renewable Resources from Iowa State University, USA, and a Master’s degree in Combustion and Energy from the University of Leeds, UK. He authored the book Spirit of Engineering and has published his scientific research in numerous prestigious journals He resides in Houston, Texas and holds several US patents.

has an Executive position in Operational Marketing for Commercial Vehicles and Light Vehicle lubricants in Latin America and Globally for Gas Engine and Railroad lubricants.
